NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg welcomed the Turkish parliament's decision to ratify Sweden's NATO membership application and called on Hungary to do the same.
"I also hope that Hungary will complete the ratification [at the national level] as soon as possible," the NATO Secretary General noted.
"All NATO allies agreed at the Vilnius summit to invite Sweden to our alliance, and Sweden has fulfilled its commitments. Sweden's membership makes NATO stronger," Jens Stoltenberg added.
